Northern Foyer Lift & Accessibility Upgrades
As part of the Sydney Opera House’s first major renewal project, our works included the delivery of a new lift within the Northern Foyer, providing improved accessibility and connectivity between the various theatre levels. The project was undertaken within one of Australia’s most iconic architectural and cultural landmarks, requiring a high level of precision, planning and coordination to integrate the new lift infrastructure into the existing building.
The lift formed a key part of the Opera House’s broader accessibility upgrades, improving access for visitors, performers and staff while carefully maintaining the character and architectural integrity of the existing venue.
